Day-by-day itinerary

  1. 1

    Day 1

    Delhi or Chandigarh to Shimla

    Pick-up in the morning and drive to Shimla (about 8 hours from Delhi, 3 from Chandigarh). Evening on the Mall Road.

  2. 2

    Day 2

    Shimla and Kufri

    Kufri for views and pony rides, then Jakhu temple, Christ Church and the Ridge.

  3. 3

    Day 3

    Shimla to Manali

    Drive about 7 hours through the Kullu valley, with stops at Pandoh Dam, Kullu shawl factories and river rafting points (rafting extra).

  4. 4

    Day 4

    Manali sightseeing

    Hadimba Devi temple, Manu temple, Vashisht hot springs, Club House and Mall Road.

  5. 5

    Day 5

    Solang Valley and Atal Tunnel

    Solang Valley for paragliding, ropeway or snow play (activities extra). Continue through Atal Tunnel to Sissu when the road is open.

  6. 6

    Day 6

    Return to Delhi or Chandigarh

    Breakfast and drive back, arriving in the evening or late night.
