Questions
Is the app on Google Play or the App Store?+
Not yet. On Android you can install it from Chrome, or download the Nirvana BnB Android app (APK) from this page when the download button is shown. On iPhone, iPad, Mac and Windows it installs straight from your browser, which is why there is no store page.
How do I install the Android APK?+
Tap Download Android app. When the download finishes, open it. If Android asks, allow your browser to install unknown apps, then tap Install. The app works for guests and for property owners: owners open Account → Host dashboard.
Is it free?+
Yes. Installing and using the app is free for guests and for hosts. Listing a property is free too.
Which phones and tablets does it work on?+
Android phones and tablets with a current Chrome, Edge or Samsung Internet; iPhone and iPad with iOS or iPadOS 16.4 or later; and Windows, Mac, Linux and Chromebook computers with Chrome or Edge.
How do I remove it?+
Like any other app: press and hold the icon and choose Uninstall or Remove App. Your account and bookings stay safe on our servers.
I do not see the Install button.+
Some browsers only offer installing from their own menu. Follow the steps for your device above. If you opened this page inside another app such as Instagram or WhatsApp, open it in Chrome or Safari first.
