Leadership
Mr. Prashik Milind Bansod
Founder, Chief Executive Officer & Director
- IIT Bombay alumnus
- Founder
- Nagpur, Maharashtra
Prashik founded Nirvana Tourism BnB in Nagpur to make booking a home stay in India as dependable as booking a good hotel. An alumnus of the Indian Institute of Technology Bombay, he brings an engineer's approach to travel: verify every host, show the full price before payment, and let technology handle the paperwork so that hosts can concentrate on hospitality.
As CEO and Director he leads the company's product, technology and host partnerships, and works with property owners to bring villas, farmhouses and family-run homestays online.
What we do
We make it simple to find a good place to stay and to trust it before you arrive. Every host completes identity and property verification, every price shows GST and fees before you pay, and every confirmed stay comes with a digital check-in pass.
For guests
Search by destination and dates, compare stays on a map, and pay by UPI, card, net banking or wallet. Your payment is held safely and released to the host only after you have checked in.
For hosts
Listing your property is free. You set the price, the calendar and the house rules. We charge a 10% commission only when a booking is completed, and pay out to your bank account or UPI ID 24 hours after check-in.
