About this stay
Marusthal is a small camp on the quiet side of the Sam dunes, forty kilometres from Jaisalmer fort. You book all four cottage tents together, so the camp is yours.
Each tent has a proper bed, an attached bathroom with hot water and a cooler. Arrive by four for tea, ride camels to the dune crest for sunset, and come back to a Manganiyar folk evening and a Rajasthani dinner around the fire. Breakfast is included.
The camp runs from October to March. Nights in December and January are cold — carry a jacket.
