About this stay
A century-old cottage with a tin roof, green shutters and a garden full of hydrangeas, just below the Mall on the way to the Happy Valley tea estate.
On clear mornings Kanchenjunga fills the dining-room window. Both bedrooms have heaters and electric blankets; the kitchen is yours to use, and breakfast with first-flush Darjeeling tea is included.
Chowrasta, Glenary's and the toy-train station are a 12-minute walk. We book the Tiger Hill sunrise jeep on request.
